1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Certain products, such as hygiene-related or clearance items, are non-returnable (this will be mentioned on the product page).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mountaingood.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the shipping address.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 1–3 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

4. Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we’re happy to exchange it for the same or an equivalent product.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 3 business days after approval:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take extra time for your refund to be officially posted.
